Delta Kinetics Venue Alerts: SMS Terms of Service
1. What this program is
Delta Kinetics Venue Alerts is a text message notification program operated by Delta Kinetics LLC ("Delta Kinetics," "we," "us"). The program sends operational alerts to authorized contacts at client venues about inventory variance, transaction anomalies, and operational status at the venue or venues those contacts are authorized to manage.
This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. Who can enroll, and how
The program is open to individuals who are authorized contacts at a business holding an active service agreement with Delta Kinetics, who are at least 18 years old, and who own or are the authorized user of the mobile number they provide.
You enroll by entering your mobile number in the Delta Kinetics application and checking the SMS consent box, then confirming by replying YES to the confirmation text we send. Alerts do not start until that confirmation is received.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any Delta Kinetics product or service. A venue owner or manager cannot enroll you on your behalf. Each recipient completes their own enrollment.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies based on activity at your venue. Under normal operation, expect roughly one message per day or fewer.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Delta Kinetics does not charge for this program. Any charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that.
You can also opt out by changing your notification settings inside your Delta Kinetics account, or by emailing [email protected].
To rejoin, reply START or re-enroll in the application.

7. Supported carriers
The program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated brands and MVNOs. Carrier support may change without notice. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Delivery is not guaranteed
Message delivery depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and on network availability. Delta Kinetics does not guarantee that any individual message will be delivered.
These alerts are a convenience, not a monitoring system. Do not rely on text alerts as your only means of monitoring your venue. Everything we send by text is also available in the Delta Kinetics application, which is the authoritative source.
9. Message content and your device
Alert messages identify a venue and the nature of an event. They do not include employee names, payment card data, customer personal information, or detailed financial figures.
Because text messages can appear on a lock screen and can be forwarded, you are responsible for the security of the device on which you receive them.
10. If your number changes
Tell us if you give up or change the mobile number enrolled in this program. Mobile numbers get reassigned, and we don't want your alerts going to a stranger.
11. Privacy
Your information is handled according to the Delta Kinetics Privacy Policy at https://deltakinetics.io/privacy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date and, where required, communicated to enrolled users.
